These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of geolocally.com and any information you submit through the site.

GeoLocally currently uses this site as an inquiry and request site for local businesses interested in its storefront service.

2. No Checkout or Automatic Purchase

The site does not currently process payments, create subscriptions, or create an account dashboard.

Submitting the form asks us to review your business and contact you. It does not create a paid engagement, guaranteed acceptance, or delivery obligation by itself.

3. Separate Approval for Paid Work

If GeoLocally decides to move forward with your request, any paid work, scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables, or invoices will be confirmed separately in writing. Those separate terms will control if they conflict with this page.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Submit only materials you have the right to share
